i just got back from driving for an hour by myself in the hurricane that's hit california. as i was driving home in the posh (piece of shit) car, which really should've been a boat, my mom loaned me i literally thought that i might not make it back alive & i strangely was ok with it. i thought "you know, i've done a lot of cool things in this life so far. a lot of it wasn't part of the plan but if i did die right now, i'd feel i've had great experiences that aren't too regretful and i'd be ok with it." but alas, i'm still here. this thought process of being ok with the end could also be attributed to the wonderful sounds of this song which i listened to all the way home & really wouldn't mind dying to.
